Tate Construction did a fantastic job with my condo remodel. We completely rebuilt the kitchen with granite, new cupboards, appliances, etc. and it turned out beautifully. New flooring, painting, complete bathroom remodel, carpet, etc. The work got done quickly and affordably. We were newbies at this whole construction thing, and Tate Construction coached us throughout the process. The end result was better than we expected. My sister is gearing up for a kitchen remodel now, and if I would recommend Tate Construction to her, I would recommend Tate Construction to anyone.

Tate Construction took over the completion of our home, after we had sat for over 6 months with a prior contractor, whom kept procrastinating (going over $30,000 in budget) Aaron came to our rescue, we don’t know what we would have done without him ! Exceptional experience, many characteristics that stand out are that he is timely, organized with his paperwork, in getting all the bills paid, made sure everything was done well ~ Aaron is very much a perfectionist. All of the above reasons are why I appreciate him so much. I recommend him very highly to everyone.

Wow, where to begin….
Building your dream home in the canyon is no small task, this was a big life event for our family with years of planning and designing. Was it easy? No way! Was it stress free? Of course not! But having just gone through it I would recommend Aaron Tate and his team and his subs to anyone looking to build a large custom home. Tate construction was absolutely professional, responsive, empathetic, and executed masterfully. They were with us every step of the way and made the process as painless as possible – I feel like they are part of the family now. The end result is exactly what we were hoping for and while I’m a bit biased I think our home is breathtaking. I wake up every morning and pinch myself – is this real??
Quality: 10/10
Absolute attention to detail. They paid attention to all the little things that I think many builders would ignore – things like insulation and filling up every little gap with foam, making sure every door opens and closes perfectly, paying attention to drainage so we don’t end up with flooding down the road, using the best materials available while still directing us towards affordability etc.
Timeline and Budget: 10/10
Look… we were building a really nice custom home during one of the worst most unpredictable times in modern history… so you would expect us to be over budget and over timeline. It was. But I’ll say that Aaron was amazing when these things happened, how can we get back on budget? What can we do to reduce spend or time? He was on our team and looked at problems from every angle – different subs, different materials, etc. That’s all anyone can expect and he surpassed our expectations. 8/10 on hitting budget and time lines but 12/10 (extra credit) on effort to get us back on track.
Communication and Professionalism: 10/10
I feel like I’ve already belabored the point – but the whole team was fantastic. The subs were the best in the business and Aaron communicated regularly – often daily throughout the project.
Would I recommend to my friends and family? 10/10
